Hello
I work from a large studio in Hastings on the south coast of England. I work mostly to commission on large decorative projects but in between time make smaller items that are for sale in my Etsy shop and in a few selective interiors and lifestyle shops in the South East.

Payment
I accept Paypal and cheques as follows:
PAYPAL:
Please ensure you send payment via Paypal within 2 days of placing your order otherwise the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted
Paypal is secure and user-friendly. You do not have to have a PayPal Account to use your credit card or bank account to pay! When you checkout, choose Paypal, select "I do not have a PayPal account", then click "continue" and follow the instructions.
CHEQUE:
I only accept cheques within the UK. Please make cheques payable to Fairlyte and write your credit card number and expiry date on the reverse by way of guarantee.
Please allow time for your cheque to reach me and to clear. I will dispatch goods as soon as the payment clears in my bank.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Full payment is required once we agree on a design and a price. If for some reason the project is cancelled by the Buyer before completion I will refund the amount paid less any fair costs incurred (e.g. materials, design time and percentage of artwork completed). If for some reason the project is cancelled by me before completion I will refund the full amount paid.

Items will be packed with love and care and shipped within 3-5 days of payment being received. Custom ordered items will ship as soon as they are completed.
Unless otherwise stated in your order, the package will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that your PayPal address is up to date.
Shipping price includes cost of postage, packing materials and any transactions fees.
If you are in a huge hurry, convo me and I will try to speed up the process in any way I can.
INTERNATIONAL
International Customs charges/taxes may be applicable in certain countries. These rates are determined by your country, so I’m afraid I cannot calculate them from my end and they will be your responsibility.
SMALL FRESCO SECCO PAINTINGS (up to 30cm square):
These are shipped well packed in bubble wrap and cardboard. I will ship via Parcel Force within 5 business days after payment is received. Most orders in the UK arrive within 4-6 business days. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international deliveries.
LARGER ITEMS:
I am gradually setting up a system of weighing each item in my shop and working out postage costs so that I can price them individually but in the meantime please enquire for a shipping quote.
If you would like to purchase delivery confirmation and/or insurance, please let me know ahead time and I can do this for an additional cost. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after I ship items, so please consider shipping insurance and be sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location.

Every item for sale is unique and hand painted but I am always happy to revisit a previous design so commissions are welcome. If you see something you like in the shop or in the “sold items” section I am happy to reproduce it (though no two will ever be identical). The advantage of commissioning a piece is that you can specify colours and sizes. Please get in touch via “Request custom item” (Alchemy) on my shop’s homepage.
